    Options -
    1. AppExhange Prod / Tool
    Go for AppExchange tools.
    This will do the needful.
    2. Custom / Development
    Design batch to do get all the Existing Contacts and delete the duplicates but one.
    Write the logic which Contact you want to retain it.
    On what basis , you want to retain it - This logic should be implemented.
