Topic: Case Auto-Response email is coming up
Can someone tell me why the Case Auto-Response email is coming up as "noreply@salesforce.com when I have the "from" email as ********@abc.com(for example)....my client wants the users to respond to the auto-response email thread so she wants it to show up as the "from" email of (********@abc.com) we put in there and not the "noreply" email....anyone know how to resolve this issue?

In setup, go to Email>Deliverability> Enable Sender ID Compliance. This is the setting adds the “NoReply@Salesforce.com on behalf of...” section to your sent emails. Unchecking the box will remove it. Please take a look at help documentation to be sure that this is the right move for your client.
